He's exceptionally thorough. The assistants and office associates are friendly and helpful, patiently bearing with my many questions and requests for further clarification or information. In general, the office atmosphere is pleasant and intimate. It feels like a family operation rather than a business interested in processing clients as quickly as possible. My wife and I have had only good experiences here. For instance, they quickly switched out her progressive lenses when just a few days in she decided to upgrade to the next tier because her initial choice proved inadequate.
